Every screen, component and button in the app — the full sitemap. uFeed is a video-first food marketplace: watch dishes on video, order in a tap, and creators sell by making pro videos with AI.
Navigation — bottom bar
Five fixed tabs at the bottom of the app.
Feed /
The vertical scroll of food videos. It's the home.
Search /search
Search dishes, creators, cuisines.
Create (center, uFeed logo) → /studio
Opens the AI Studio to upload and edit a new video.
Near /near
"Near me": shops and dishes around you.
Profile /profile
Your account, shop, settings.
Inbox (unread badge) /inbox
1:1 direct messages (reached from profile/notifications).
Feed /
Full-screen scroll, one video at a time (VideoCard component).
On every video:
- Play/Pause — tap the video
- @handle + badge — creator name with gold (KYC) or coral (email) → tap for their page
- Like · Comments (comments sheet) · Share
- Order — if the video has a linked dish → adds to cart
- Caption + category of the dish
For You / Following — at the top, switch between the discovery feed and the feed of creators you follow.
Search /search
Search bar → results of videos, creators and dishes. Tap a result to open it.
Near me /near
List of nearby shops and creators (based on the location sellers set). Tap for the creator page and menu.
AI Studio /studio
Where a creator uploads clips and photos and the AI edits a professional video. Step-based flow.
1 · Upload
Add up to 6 clips and/or photos (photo reels). Limits: 90s / 200MB per clip.
2 · Edit — modes: Auto (recommended, pro edit), Style (cine/fast/slow), Custom (overlay text).
3 · Preview & Approve — the AI generates the title, caption, music, narrative arc. Here you get:
- Brief + Goal — "what it's about & what you want" box + goal (Sell/Story/Recipe/Menu/Restaurant) → the AI builds the video FOR THAT PURPOSE
- AI Narrator — TTS voice + subtitles
- Title effect — Classic or Glow (glowing text) + glow color
- Food category — cuisine/venue/dish/diet (strong context for the AI + SEO tags)
- Linked menu — shows the Order button
- Cover — pick a frame or upload an image, with styled text
- Publish now · Try another style · Download (watermarked mp4) · Discard
Profile /profile
Account, shop and settings. Changes based on login and role.
Logged out → Log in with Email (OTP code) or Google + legal consent.
Logged in:
- Avatar (upload photo) · editable Name and @handle
- Start selling — become a seller (shop name + @handle)
- Seller Dashboard → /seller · Manage menu → /menu · Shop location · Public page

Seller Dashboard /seller
The seller's single hub (Uber Eats Manager + TikTok Shop style).
- Shop header + KYC status (verified / pending)
- Stats — menu items, new orders, active orders
- Payments & payouts — Set up payouts → Stripe Connect onboarding (identity + bank verification = real KYC, then the gold badge)
- Menu & prices → /menu · Public page · Shop profile/location
- Orders — Uber-Eats-style management: Accept → Ready → Complete (or Cancel)
Add a dish (name, price, description, allergens), upload a photo, set availability, delete. This is where you set prices.
Public creator page /m/:handle
A seller's public storefront: name + trust badge, bio, area, Follow, their videos and the menu with prices. Shareable (rich social preview).
Orders & cart /checkout · /orders
Checkout — cart, delivery or pickup, address (with Japanese postcode lookup), payment.
Orders — your orders (buyer) and, for sellers, the orders received.
Messages /inbox · /chat/:id
Inbox — conversation list with unread badges. 1:1 chat — direct messages (including uFeed Support).
Trust badges
- Gold — KYC-verified seller (Stripe)
- Coral — user with a verified email
- No badge — unverified (can watch videos, but no badge)
Shown everywhere: feed, creator page, profile, comments.
The game — ACNNJDDREC /acnnjddrec.html
The Black Knight: a hidden arcade game (Profile → under Logout). White knights charge from every side (360°), mow them down on contact, endless points. A star explosion every 1000 points, audio, and on leaving you get a branded score screenshot by email.
